Funny things kids say...

Anything Abbey does is funny...she was born with a sense of humour that one! I remember Dad saying she will be a comedian this one when she was only months old.

Today she was all wet from playing under the hose and when dad went mad Abbey said we just wanted to look like Mr Willy Wonka
Last week she told her brother they were going to sleep over Nan's, poor Tom was so excited. Same day she told me Ethan had rang and was on his way home. When I queried it she said he is, he had an accident.

I've been trying to encourage Tom to make lots of friends at school. He was so excited the other day, said he'd had really good group work with Fletcher so when they were finished he asked if he wanted to be best buddies... this is apparently better than asking if kids want to play with him.

Abbey refers to lip balm as LIP BUM

Ab - "I wish I could grow a tail"
me - "why..."
Ab - "to shoo flies away"

Recent visit to spotlight Ab asked what the fake flowers were for I said to decorate peoples houses etc.... she smells them and comes running down the aisle...well aren't they going to be dissappointed...in my vague state I'm like what??? ...the people who buy those flowers - they don't smell, dir!

Tom was asking about teeth falling out, was telling him he will loose all of them eventually...Ab pipes up ....don't forget to say uno on your last one Tom!

Week later she was in tears (full on) about loosing her teeth and that she didn't want to - I had to email the tooth fairy and tell her to leave Abbey's teeth alone.
